1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") form a legal agreement between bk8com and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you"). bk8com operates as a trusted online gaming and betting platform in the Bangladesh market.

The key definitions used in these Terms are explained below:

• "Platform" — The bk8com website, mobile version and all related services.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on bk8com.
• "Balance" — The funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits granted by bk8com.
• "Bet" — Participation in any game, sports event or casino round.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The betting condition that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The words "we", "our" and "bk8com" used in these Terms refer to the authority operating the platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bk8com:

For age verification purposes, bk8com may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification document at any time. If a member fails to provide accurate information or is found to be ineligible, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Minors (those under 21 years of age) are not permitted to open an account or use the platform. bk8com reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who violates this condition.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bk8com, a member must provide accurate personal information, an active mobile number or email address, and a secure password. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. bk8com will not be held responsible for any loss arising from disclosing login credentials to a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, bk8com may conduct an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• Scan of national identity card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used.

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Members may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited, and if such transactions are identified, the funds will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation. bk8com does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Unusually large withdrawals may require additional verification, which could extend the processing time.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rate

bk8com processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk8com offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 VIP Program

bk8com maintains three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members have the opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier based on their continued active participation and regular betting.

6. Gameplay and Settlement

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). bk8com ensures that every game result is impartial and not predetermined. Regular audits are conducted by independent third parties to ensure fair play.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputes

Bets may be cancelled due to technical errors, software issues or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the funds used for the bet will be returned to the member's balance.

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, it must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the result being announced. Objections submitted after the specified time may not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

For sports betting, the official announcement of an internationally recognised body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) will be considered final in determining results.

7. User Code of Conduct

bk8com is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment. Members must refrain from the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Impersonating another member or attempting to steal an account.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, malware or other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts in a coordinated manner to obtain bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Behaving inappropriately towards other members or staff.
• Using automated software (bots) in any game.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate account closure and relevant funds may be forfeited. bk8com reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of serious violations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Members' personal information will not be sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with the relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation, court order or fraud investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

bk8com makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bk8com will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, power outage or any other force majeure event.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a failure by a third-party payment provider.
• If a member suffers a loss by disclosing their login credentials to another person.

In any circumstance, bk8com's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds held in the member's account at that time.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any funds in the account before making the request. Once closed, the account may not be recoverable.

10.2 Closure by bk8com

bk8com may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing a false identity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Identified as an ineligible person (under 21 years of age).

In such cases, the account balance may be frozen during the period of investigation.

11. Terms & Conditions Changes

bk8com reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these terms and conditions in part or in full at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website and members may be informed via email.

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms. The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page.
